Informal Science Education

I have been an informal science educator for 20 years, working in science museums, aquariums, nature centers, and afterschool programs. I believe that learning needs to be engaging, relevant, and fun, and I also live to showcase that anyone with a curious mind and interest can be a scientist.  Much of my career has focused on working specifically with youth and communities underserved and underrepresented in sciences, and being a mentor.
