Much of my work has focused on engaging underserved/underrepresented communities in science and developing tools to facilitate DEAI transformations within cultural organizations. I take a holistic approach to DEAI work by first ensuring that it is a strategic priority, then use cross-departmental efforts to weave it throughout the entire organization.

  • Consult

    I partner with organizations to identify their challenges, determine how they’d like to shift their organizational culture, and create a customized DEAI strategy to help achieve organizational change.

  • Assess

    I use a variety of strategies to help understand where an organization is in their DEAI journey and to gain insights on internal and external perceptions of their progress and commitment.

  • Teach

    I design and lead workshops and training opportunities to help develop the awareness, knowledge and skills to cultivate authentic inclusion, accessibility, and equity with organizations.

  • Speak

    I provide insights to current best practices and inspire leadership and staff to step into their roles as change agents and to make commitments towards organizational DEAI goals.
